14:07. From 2.30pm on Tuesday, Norway will be attempting to win a fourth Olympic title in the men’s biathlon relay. As confirmed by theNorwegian Biathlon Association on Monday, the team will consist of Martin Uldal, Johan-Olav Botn, Sturla Holm Lægreid and Vetle Sjaastad Christiansen.
Martin Uldal was sidelined for the sprint/chase combination and was annoyed by this decision, so he returned to the track for this collective event, being preferred to Johannes Dale-Skjevdal. “ He was a little too unstable, especially in the standing position,” national team coach Egil Kristiansen told NRK.
Italy has also unveiled its quartet, comprising Patrick Braunhofer, Lukas Hofer, Nicola Romanin and Tommaso Giacomel.
