Biathlon: time for the individual men’s race in Antholz
After a one-day break, the biathlon events at the Milan/Cortina 2026 Olympic Games resume on Tuesday with the men’s individual 20km race scheduled to start at 13:30. According to the draw, Sweden’s Viktor Brandt, bib number 1, will open the competition.
Then, before the start of the first big names, there will be Matija Legovic (3), Renars Birkentals (5), Dmytro Pidruchnyi (6), Sean Doherty (7), Niklas Hartweg (8), Thierry Langer (9), Sondre Slettemark (12), Jakov Fak (13) and Patrick Braunhofer (15).

The blue group will be led by Fabien Claude from the Vosges, who will be wearing the number 16 bib. Lucas Fratzscher (17), Michal Krcmar (18), Tero Seppälä (20), Jacques Jefferies (21), Jesper Nelin (22), David Zobel (24), Vitalii Mandzyn (26), Philipp Horn (28), Joscha Burkhalter (30), Vitezslav Hornig (34), Andrejs Rastorgujevs (35), Simon Eder (36) and Sebastian Stalder (37) will follow in the starting line-up.

Peiserot Eric Perrot (38), reigning world champion in the format, will then open the red group of favourites. Philipp Nawrath (40), Campbell Wright (42), Johannes Dale-Skjevdal (44), Sebastian Samuelsson (46), Martin Ponsiluoma (48), Maxime Germain (49), Lukas Hofer (50), Tommaso Giacomel (52), Quentin Fillon-Maillet (54), who was crowned individual champion in 2022, Martin Uldal (56), Grzegorz Galica (57), Johan-Olav Botn (58), Emilien Jacquelin (60), Florent Claude (61) and Sturla Holm Lægreid (62) will follow in quick succession.
Among the final starters, we’ll have to keep an eye on Lovro Planko (65), Taras Lesiuk (67), Rihards Lozbers (71), Paul Schommer (72), Fabian Muellauer (75), Jeremy Finello (76), Anton Dudchenko (77), Otto Invenius (82), Miha Dovzan (83) and Logan Pletz (88).
