16:56. The long-awaited figure for the total number of spectators who attended the 2024 Biathlon World Cup in Annecy – Le Grand-Bornand (Haute-Savoie) was announced this Sunday afternoon by the organisers.
According to the press release, 66,500 fans flocked to the Sylvie-Becaert stadium over the four days of the event. During the competitions, spectators were able to watch the exploits of Martin Uldal, Franziska Preuss, Johannes Thingnes Boe, Eric Perrot, Emilien Jacquelin, Jeanne Richard, Tarjei Boe, Justine Braisaz-Bouchet and Julia Simon.
