Biathlon: the French head for Oberhof
On Monday, three days before the start of the 2025 Biathlon World Cup in Oberhof (Germany), the French men’s and women’s team spent long hours making the interminable journey to Thuringia.
“We’re all on the road all day and we’ll arrive at the end of the afternoon,” Simon Fourcade, fitness coach for the men’s group, confirms to Nordic Magazine. For the boys, an intensity session will be on the programme on Tuesday before a cooler day on Wednesday and then the day before the race on Thursday.

The women, meanwhile, will be on the sprint watch from Wednesday, as they kick off their week on Thursday.
