Biathlon: a second week reserved for individual races in Kontiolahti
After two days reserved for team events at the Kontiolahti Biathlon World Cup (Finland), no races are scheduled on Monday at the Finnish venues.
On Tuesday, however, the second week of this first stage of the 2024/2025 world circuit kicks off with the men’s individual short at 4.20pm. On Wednesday, in the same speciality and at the same time, the women will be on deck.
On Friday, after another rest day, the boys will compete in the first sprint of their season (start at 4.20pm), as will the girls on Saturday at 5.10pm. Finally, the Kontiolahti races come to a close on Sunday with (already) the first mass-starts of the winter: the men start at 2.30pm, the women at 5.10pm.
