Biathlon: the names of the Austrians sent to Pokljuka
There will be ten Austrians at the Biathlon World Cup in Pokljuka (Slovenia). There has been one change to the group selected for the races in Nove Mesto (Czech Republic). Anna Gandler was ill again and had to withdraw from the Czech events at the last minute.
Still on the sidelines, she is replaced for this stage by Anna Andexer, crowned world junior sprint champion in recent weeks.
The announcement was made by Ski Austria on Tuesday morning. The rest of the list remains unchanged: Lisa Theresa Hauser, Anna Juppe, Tamara Steiner, Lea Rothschopf, Simon Eder, Patrick Jakob, David Komatz, Felix Leitner and Fredrik Muehlbacher have been retained.
