Biathlon: end of selections in Bessans this Sunday with mass-starts
Two days after a first sprint won by Gaëtan Paturel and Paula Botet, the FFS selections in Bessans (Savoie) came to a close this Sunday morning on the snow of Haute Maurienne Vanoise.
For this competition, which closes the week of selections for the first two IBU Cups of the season, the men will open the hostilities at 9.20 am. Then, from 10.10am, the women will take to the track.

Julia Simon, Lou Jeanmonnot, Jeanne Richard, Justine Braisaz-Bouchet, Gilonne Guigonnat, Sophie Chauveau and Océane Michelon, who will be starting their international winter in the World Cup in a fortnight’ time, will all be present for these group starts.
Caroline Colombo, who told Nordic Magazine in recent days that she was still suffering from symptoms of neuropathy contracted at the end of the summer of 2023, has withdrawn from the race. Antonin Guy, Flavio Guy, Antonin Guigonnat, Emilien Claude, Anaëlle Bondoux, Eva Laine, Pauline Machut and Maëla Correia have decided not to compete.
