Biathlon: less than 100 days to go before the start of the 2025 World Championships in Lenzerheide
This winter, Switzerland will host the Biathlon World Championships for the first time in its history. The competition will take place in Lenzerheide (Switzerland), in the canton of Grisons, from 12 to 23 February 2025… less than 100 days from now.
In fact, construction of a huge 7,500-seat grandstand, opposite the shooting range, has begun on the Roland Arena stadium.
“Compared to the World Cup in December 2023, this means a doubling of the capacity of the stands,” says Juerg Capol, head of the competition, in a statement issued by Swiss-Ski.
