18:29. Late on Wednesday, 23-year-old biathlete Coralie Langel from Haut-Doubs announced in a post on Instagram that she had decided to become a Swiss sportswoman.
A member of the French B team for the 2022/2023 season after discovering the IBU Cup the previous winter, the Franc-Comtoise player was unable to win any international caps in the process. Since then, she has been stuck in the French Cup, so Coralie Langel has decided to move to another country in a bid to return to the highest international level.
“Second chapter. This weekend, let’s discover the Swiss championships and see what’s in store for me, she writes. Thanks to France for everything and thanks to Switzerland for welcoming me. It’s a big decision in terms of commitment and values, but a new adventure is about to begin!”
