Biathlon | Cross-country skiing: photo album of the National Police Team training camp in Bessans
Last week, from Wednesday to Saturday, theEquipe Police Nationale organised its major annual gathering in Bessans (Savoie). After Clairefontaine (Yvelines) in 2023 and Saint-Raphaël (Var) in 2024, it was in the French temple of Nordic skiing that the sportsmen and women under contract to the Ministry of the Interior met.
A group organised around Jeanne Richard, Mathis Desloges, Rémi Bourdin and Théo Schely, who are currently in training on site.
The programme included a hike in the Avérole valley, an introduction to cross-country skiing, a presentation on mountain rescue by Yann Claudepierre (world champion canoeist with the Briançon CRS), a police trail, a Nordic challenge on cross-country skis and snowshoes , and a talk on mental health by Marie-Laure Brunet, assisted by Caroline Colombo, a former member of the National Police Team.
