Biathlon | Cross-country skiing: Les Saisies to host the 2025 French Championships
This week, the 2025 French Biathlon and Cross-Country Skiing Championships will be held in Les Saisies (Savoie) on the same stadium that hosted the 1992 Albertville Olympic Games. This is the first time since 2009 that the Beaufortain resort has organised the flagship end-of-season event.
From Friday to Sunday, more than 400 of the country’s best athletes are expected in the Beaufortain region for three days packed with competitions. The first day will be reserved for the cross-country skiing skate sprints (for the U16, U18, U20 and seniors categories) and the U17 and U19 biathlon mass-starts.
On Saturday, the much-anticipated cross-country skiing and biathlon committee relays will be on the programme. On the final day, Sunday, the U22/Seniors biathlon mass-starts are scheduled, as are the classic cross-country skiing mass-starts (for the U16, U18, U20 and seniors categories).
