Biathlon: the names of seven Frenchmen announced for the IBU Cup in Otepää
This Thursday afternoon, the French Ski Federation (FFS) revealed an initial list of athletes selected for the final two stages of the IBU Biathlon Cup, scheduled for 6-15 March in Otepää (Estonia).
For this final round of the B circuit, Camille Bened, Paula Botet, Gilonne Guigonnat and Fany Bertrand, back in the group at the end of the season, have been selected on the women’s side. On the men’s side, Théo Guiraud-Poillot, Damien Levet and Antonin Delsol, who will be discovering the circuit on this occasion, have been selected.
The FFS states in its communication that this team “will be completed by athletes returning from the world junior championships in Östersund”. So, depending on the staff’s choices, Voldiya Galmace-Paulin, Amandine Mengin, Axel Garnier, Célia Henaff, Gaëtan Paturel and Anaëlle Bondoux could be added to the group.

- 1.30pm: men’s 60 15 km mass-start
Second stage
Wednesday 12 March
- 10.30 am: Men’s 15 km individual short
- 2.15pm: Women’s individual short 12.5 km
Friday 14th March
- 9.40am: Men’s 10km sprint
- 1.00 pm: women’s 7.5 km sprint
