Biathlon: leader of the U19 French Cup, Nans Madelenat wins in style at Prémanon
This Saturday morning, the French Biathlon Cup in Prémanon (Jura) opened with a men’s sprint for U19s and U17s. In the largest category, it was Nans Madelenat (9/10) who came out on top.
Wearing the red leader’s bib of the national circuit, he dominated the competition in this first race of 2026. Sacha Mazzilli-Riaboff (9/10), in second place, was pushed back to 28 sec 7 while Niels Bibollet (8/10) took third place at 42 sec 5.

Alix Blondeau-Toiny (9/10), Robinson Goleret (9/10), Esteban Moreira (9/10), Lucas Moine (9/10) and Tom Bouillet (8/10) followed, failing to reach the podium by just a few seconds.
Ninth overall, Villardien Clément Schott (9/10) took victory in the Under 17s with a lead of just over 24 seconds over Bjorn Manceau-Baron (9/10). Yann Roguet (7/10) rounded off the podium ahead of Martin Seigneur (8/10), Maël Bernole (7/10) and Valentin Buirey (7/10).
