Biathlon: Adèle Ouvrier-Buffet was the strongest
On Sunday morning, the second day of the French Biathlon Cup in Prémanon (Jura) was opened by the women’s U17s. At the Tuffes stadium, over a 6km mass-start 60, Cluse’s Adèle Ouvrier-Buffet proved to be the strongest.
The Montblanc native shot 12/15 to win by more than 50 seconds ahead of Cassandre Couder (10/15), Thaïs Royet (10/15), winner of Saturday’s sprint, and Rose Marguet (10/15). They all fought it out for a place on the podium in the final lap, with Gabrielle Bourgeois (11/15) fifth by more than a minute.

Jeanne Dautheville (9/15), Rose Dusserre (11/15), Taina Buisson (11/15), Ninon Duvillard (11/15) and the pairing of Janie Picard (9/15)/ClémenceLepouriel (8/15) all made it into the day’s top 10.
