Biathlon : after a day of rest, competition resumes in Austria
After the opening sprints on Thursday, another day of competition awaits the athletes at the IBU Cup in Obertilliach (Austria). On the programme for Friday are the men’s and women’s mass-starts 60, with the men being the first to start.

At 10.45 am, Johan-Olav Botn will kick off the race, followed by his Norwegian compatriots Isak Frey and Sverre Dahlen Aspenes. Oscar Lombardot will wear number 7, Gaëtan Paturel number 8, Théo Guiraud-Poillot number 11, Axel Garnier number 13, Mathieu Garcia number 22 and Rémi Broutier number 24.

In the women’s race, Paula Botet will start in number 1 at 1.30pm. The Vosges native will be followed by her team-mates Camille Bened and Chloé Chevalier. Voldiya Galmace-Paulin will be in number 8, just ahead of Fany Bertrand in number 9. Finally, Gilonne Guigonnat will be numbered 17 in the start area.
