Biathlon: six Norwegians selected for Milan/Cortina 2026
Early this afternoon, the Norwegian Olympic Committee unveiled a second list of athletes selected for the Milan/Cortina 2026 Olympic Games. While the first announcement did not include any biathletes, this time there are six.
On the men’s side, Johan-Olav Botn, Vetle Sjaastad Christiansen, Johannes Dale-Skjevdal and Sturla Holm Lægreid are already guaranteed to be in Italy next month, as are Maren Kirkeeide and Karoline Knotten on the women’s side.
That leaves two men’s and four women’s tickets to be awarded between now and the end of January. The biathletes still in the running include Ingrid Landmark Tandrevold, Isak Frey, Endre Stroemsheim and Marthe Kraakstad Johansen.
