Biathlon: the Norwegian selection for the start of the IBU Cup is known
At the same time as the group selected for the first stage of the 2025/2026 World Cup, theNorwegian Biathlon Association unveiled the list of athletes selected for the IBU Cup in Obertilliach (Austria) on Monday lunchtime.
As usual, this group is impressive. In the men’s competition, Johannes Dale-Skjevdal and Sivert Guttorm Bakken will lead a squad completed by Herman Dramdal Borge, Joergen Sæter, Kasper Kalkenberg and Vetle Paulsen. Mats Oeverby, who failed to qualify, has been named as a reserve.

For the women, Juni Arnekleiv, Karoline Erdal, Siri Skar, Aasne Skrede, Eline Grue and Frida Dokken have been selected. Ragna Fodstad is the reserve.
