9:22. This Sunday morning, the Italian Winter Sports Federation (FISI) announced in a press release that its biathlete Lisa Vittozzi, who has a “cold”, would not be taking part in the mass start of the World Cup in Le Grand-Bornand (Haute-Savoie).
Earlier in the week, the Italian placed fourth in the sprint and then sixth in the pursuit, and was a contender for victory in the day’s race, scheduled to start at 12.15pm.
