Biathlon: nine Swiss have so far been selected for the World Championships in Lenzerheide
On Monday afternoon, Swiss-Ski announced the names of the biathletes selected for the biathlon world championships scheduled to take place in Lenzerheide (Switzerland) from 12 to 23 February.
Nine athletes have been selected for this first edition of the World Championships to be held in Switzerland. They include Amy Baserga, Aita Gasparin, Lea Meier, Elisa Gasparin, Lena Haecki-Gross, Joscha Burkhalter, Jeremy Finello, Niklas Hartweg and Sebastian Stalder.

“The coaching staff will designate the athletes for the various competitions on site, the communication states. A replacement runner for the men’s relay will be selected after the European Championships in Martell and the IBU Cup in Ridnaun.”
