Biathlon: Les Bleus head for Lenzerheide
This Saturday, Emilien Claude, Fabien Claude, Eric Perrot, Quentin Fillon-Maillet, Emilien Jacquelin, Julia Simon, Jeanne Richard, Justine Braisaz-Bouchet and Océane Michelon took part in the French Cup sprint at La Féclaz (Savoie), just a few days before the start of the World Championships in Lenzerheide (Switzerland).
During this dress rehearsal, Quentin Fillon-Maillet and Julia Simon, the winners, performed particularly well. With that out of the way, the whole tricolour team is due to leave for Switzerland this Sunday.

“They ski and recuperate [this Sunday morning] at La Féclaz and eat there, then hit the road in the afternoon to arrive for the evening meal and be ready and raring to go for Monday’s training sessions,” Stéphane Bouthiaux, director of the French biathlon teams, explained to Nordic Magazine.
Doubiste Lou Jeanmonnot will be joining the group directly from Italy, where she stayed after the World Cup in Antholz (Italy). In recent days, she has been spotted training in Ridnaun-Val Ridanna (Italy), where the IBU Cup was being held.
