Biathlon: Mathieu Garcia wins the French Cup
This Saturday morning, the second leg of the French Biathlon Cup kicked off in Les Saisies (Savoie) with the U19/U22/Seniors sprints. In the men’s race, which got the ball rolling, victory went to Mathieu Garcia (9/10) from Dauphiné. With just one mistake in the standing sprint, he won easily, 18.5 seconds ahead of Rémi Broutier (8/10) and 23.6 seconds ahead of Damien Levet (9/10).

Martin Botet (8/10) finished just off the podium, followed by Judicaël Perrillat-Bottonet (8/10), Valentin Lejeune (8/10) and Nathanaël Peaquin (8/10).

Eighth overall, Camille Grataloup-Manissolle (9/10) won the U19 race ahead of Noé Seigneur (8/10) and Antonin Guy (8/10), who rounded off the top 10 overall.
