Biathlon: the Italians out in force at the Loop One Festival
With the first edition of the Loop One Festival biathlon taking place in a few days’ time in Munich’ s Olympiapark (Germany), the Italian Winter Sports Federation (FISI) has just made official the list of athletes selected for this new event organised by the IBU.
Dorothea Wierer, Michela Carrara and Lisa Vittozzi will be taking part in the women’s competition on Sunday, while Tommaso Giacomel will lead the men’s team with Daniele Cappellari, Lukas Hofer and Didier Bionaz in his wake.
