On Tuesday, just a few days before the opening Norwegian biathlon races in Sjusjøen (Norway), the kingdom’s biathletes tested their mettle in a training sprint.
With a score of 10/10, reports NRK, it was Martin Uldal who won, beating Johan-Olav Botn by 4 seconds and Johannes Thingnes Boe, who was also perfect on the shooting range, by no less than 26 seconds.
“It’s impressive, but it’s hard to know how far they can go. It’s going to be incredibly exciting to watch this weekend, and I wouldn’t be surprised if one of the rookies wins the sprint,” says Ola Lunde, consultant for Norwegian public television.
