Biathlon | Nordic skiing: the incredible season of the Bressauds
Last Friday evening, in the village hall in La Bresse (Vosges), the Ski club La Bressaude organised a ceremony in honour of its athletes. It has to be said that a number of Bressauds achieved top-class performances during the 2024/2025 winter season.

Biathletes Maëla Correia, Paula Botet (absent), Guillaume Poirot and Amandine Mengin were celebrated, as were Nordic combined athlete Oriane Didier and cross-country runners Romain Vaxelaire, Léonie Perry, Mattéo Correia (absent) and Delphine Claudel (absent).

Guillaume Lemaire, Léon Mevel, Romain Vaxelaire and Mattéo Correia also finished third in D2 at the French club championships.

The ceremony was attended by a number of officials, including Jérôme Mathieu, Vice-Chairman of the Conseil départemental, Christophe Naegelen, Member of Parliament for the constituency, Erik Grademange, Vice-Chairman of the Communauté de communes des Hautes Vosges, Denis Lemuhot, Chairman of the Comité départemental olympique et sportif des Vosges, and Gérard Dumaine, Chairman of La Bressaude Omnisports.
