After the mass-starts, sprints were the order of the day at the Norwegian Cup in Karidalen (Norway) on Saturday. In the women’s race, Frida Dokken (9/10) won by a margin of 3.8 seconds over Synne Owren (9/10) and 19.3 seconds over Hanna Boerve (9/10).
On the men’s side, Einar Hedegart (9/10), seen this winter on the cross-country skiing World Cup, was the strongest. With a good shot, he won by a margin of 24.9 seconds over Ole Suhrke (8/10) and 27.0 seconds over Herman Dramdal Borge (10/10).
Earlier in the morning, France’s Julie Baverel (7/10), a member of Holmenkollen Biathlon, was thirty-second in the U22 race.
