Biathlon: end of the Norwegian opening races in Sjusjøen this Sunday
This Sunday, the opening Norwegian biathlon races in Sjusjøen (Norway) will conclude with mass-starts. At 12.30pm, it’s first up for the women, with another great battle expected between Ingrid Landmark Tandrevold, Anastasiya Kuzmina and Dorothea Wierer. Young Frenchwoman Julie Baverel will also be at the start in the colours of Holmenkollen Biathlon.

Then, from 2.15pm, the men will contest the first official mass-start of their season. As in Saturday’s sprint, France’s Oscar Lombardot, Fabien Claude, Eric Perrot, Quentin Fillon-Maillet and Emilien Jacquelin will face the Norwegian armada of Johannes Thingnes Boe, Tarjei Boe, Vetle Sjaastad Christiansen, Johannes Dale-Skjevdal, Endre Stroemsheim and Sturla Holm Lægreid.
