Biathlon: a fourth relay globe for Les Bleues
They did it. A collective objective set by the staff for many months, the small globe in the women’s relay was won by the French on Sunday afternoon in Nove Mesto (Czech Republic).
As winners of this final relay of the winter season, Les Bleues overtook Sweden, sixth on the day, to claim the precious crystal trophy. It is the fourth time after 2007, 2012 and 2023 that the French team has won it.
Seven girls took part in the conquest of this globe: Lou Jeanmonnot, Océane Michelon, Justine Braisaz-Bouchet, Jeanne Richard, Paula Botet, Sophie Chauveau and Julia Simon.
