Biathlon: start of the Oslo-Holmenkollen World Cup finals this Friday
The finals of the 2024/2025 Biathlon World Cup kick off this Friday in Oslo-Holmenkollen (Norway) with the sprints. The day kicks off at 1.30pm with the start of Oscar Lombardot from Doubt, number 1 in the men’s race.
Next up are David Zobel (2), Maxime Germain (3), Lovro Planko (6), Viktor Brandt (9), Michal Krcmar (10), Thierry Langer (11) and Johannes Dale-Skjevdal (14). Johannes Kuehn (16) will launch the blue group, followed by Jesper Nelin (18), Philipp Horn (20), Niklas Hartweg (22), Justus Strelow (24), Dmytro Pidruchnyi (26), Lukas Hofer (27) and Antonin Guigonnat (28), Vitalii Mandzyn (30), Emilien Claude (32), Isak Frey (33), Vitezslav Hornig (34), the blue bib Campbell Wright (36), Tero Seppälä (38), Roman Rees (39) and Danilo Riethmueller (40) will be at the start.

In the red group of favourites, Philipp Nawrath (42), Sebastian Samuelsson (44), Quentin Fillon-Maillet (46), Tommaso Giacomel (48), Tarjei Boe (50), Martin Uldal (52), Endre Stroemsheim (54), Vebjoern Soerum (56), the red bib Johannes Thingnes Boe (58), Emilien Jacquelin (60), Martin Ponsiluoma (62), Eric Perrot (64), Jakov Fak (66), Florent Claude (67), the yellow bib Sturla Holm Lægreid (68), Simon Eder (69) and Fabien Claude (70).

Then, at 16:20, the women’s sprint gets underway, with the start of Italy’s Samuela Comola, bib number 1. Darcie Morton (2), Eve Bouvard (3), Anastasiya Kuzmina (4), Ukaleq Slettemark (7), Chloe Levins (8), Elisa Gasparin (9), Olena Horodna (10), Ida Lien (11), Natalia Sidorowicz (12), Polona Klemencic (14) and Sophia Schneider (15) will then take to the track.
Ukrainian Khrystyna Dmytrenko (16) will kick off the hostilities in the blue group, followed by Ingrid Landmark Tandrevold (18), Anamarija Lampic (20), Amy Baserga (22), Sophie Chauveau (23), Aita Gasparin (24) and Julia Tannheimer (26), Lena Haecki-Gross (28), Anna-Karin Heijdenberg (29), Karoline Knotten (30), Yuliia Dzhima (32), Lea Meier (33), Lotte Lie (34), Emma Lunder (35), Maya Cloetens (36), Anna Andexer (37), Tereza Vobornikova (38), Ragnhild Femsteinevik (39) and Anna Magnusson (40).
