Biathlon: Sweden ready for the end of the season
In the early hours of Tuesday morning, theSwedish Biathlon Association announced its squad for the World Cup in Oslo-Holmenkollen (Norway).
Ella Halvarsson has returned home from Pokljuka (Slovenia) due to illness and is therefore not on the list. However, as the communication states, she could take part in Sunday’s mass-start final if she is sufficiently recovered.
Anna Magnusson, Anna-Karin Heijdenberg, Elvira Oeberg, Hanna Oeberg, Johanna Skottheim and Sara Andersson have been selected. The men’s squad is the same as in Slovenia, with Sebastian Samuelsson, Martin Ponsiluoma, Jesper Nelin, Emil Nykvist, Malte Stefansson and Viktor Brandt all called up.
