Biathlon: solo victory in Peisey-Nancroix for Noémie Remonnay
This Sunday lunchtime, the women’s pursuit at the French Biathlon Cup in Peisey-Nancroix (Savoie) was dominated by Doubiste Noémie Remonnay. Starting in fifth place, 50 seconds behind Léonie Jeannier, winner of Saturday’s sprint, she managed to gain the upper hand with a 17/20 shot.

In the lead after the third shot, the Franc-Comtois never relinquished it and won by more than a minute from Vosgienne Maëla Correia (19/20). After a superb race, Correia was crowned French U22 pursuit champion . Léonie Jeannier (14/20) took third place overall and secured the 2024/2025 French Cup.

Violette Bony (14/20), silver medallist in the U22 category, Louise Roguet (16/20), bronze medallist in the U22 category and winner of the U19 title, Lola Bugeaud (15/20), silver medallist in the U19 category, Anna Blanc (17/20), Léna Moretti (16/20), bronze medallist in the U19 category, Coralie Perrin (18/20) and Thémice Fontaine (18/10) made up the day’s top 10.
