Biathlon: Valentin Lejeune wins, Léo Carlier wins two gold medals
The final race of the day, at the French Biathlon Cup in Peisey-Nancroix (Savoie), was contested by the U19, U22 and senior men. In this sprint, Valentin Lejeune (9/10) from the Vosges won.

On the podium, he beat Doubiste’s Léo Carlier (9/10) by 3 sec 6. Having returned from the World Youth Championships with five medals from five races, Carlier was crowned French U19 and U22 sprint champion.

Mathieu Garcia (8/10), overall leader, took third place overall ahead of Corentin Jacob (8/10), silver medallist in the U22 category, Noé Seigneur (9/10), silver medallist in the U19 category and bronze medallist in the U22 category, Enzo Bouillet (8/10), bronze medallist in the U19 category, Flavio Guy (5/10), Rémi Broutier (8/10), Antonin Guy (7/10) and Judicaël Perrillat-Bottonet (7/10).
