Biathlon: Lucie Loosen and Augustin Remonnay win in the U17s
On Saturday afternoon, after the U19/U22/Seniors sprints in the morning, it was the U17s who were on deck for the French Biathlon Cup in Prémanon (Jura).
In the women’s race, which started first, victory went to Lucie Loosen from Savoie. At 9/10, the biathlete from Les Saisies (Savoie) beat Aindin’s Eline Curnillon (6/10) by 33 sec 7. Elia Courtieu (8/10) completed the podium at 40 sec 6, just ahead of Rose Dusserre (8/10), Romane Ottenheimer De Gail (8/10) and Adèle Ouvrier-Buffet (6/10).

Lili Fehr (8/10), Janie Picard (8/10), Louane Adam (6/10) and Cassandre Couder (5/10) rounded off the day’s top 10.
A big win for Augustin Remonnay
Then, in the boys’ race, Doubiste’s Augustin Remonnay (8/10), wearing the red and white bib, assumed his favourite’s status by winning. Adrian Dorel (9/10) came second at 17.4 seconds, while Robinson Goleret (9/10) was third at 21.4 seconds.

Lilian Kembellec (9/10), Niels Bibollet (9/10), Samuel Tuttino (10/10), Yann Roguet (7/10), Alexis Provost (4/10), Nicolas Colomban (4/10) and Malo Andreis (6/10) make up the day’s top 10.
