Biathlon: Noémie Remonnay wins in Prémanon ahead of Lisa Siberchicot and Léna Moretti
This Saturday morning, the French Biathlon Cup in Prémanon (Jura ) opened at the Tuffes stadium (Jura) with the women’s sprint. Held in spring-like conditions, it proved a great success for Noémie Remonnay from Doubs. The biathlete from the Massif jurassien, who clocked 10/10, put in an impressive performance to win by 14.6 seconds from Lisa Siberchicot (10/10).
Léna Moretti (10/10) from Dauphiné was in the lead for a long time, but had to settle for third place at 35.9 seconds, even though she won the U19 category just a few weeks after failing to secure her ticket forthe World Youth Championships.

Anaëlle Bondoux (8/10), fourth at 39.5 seconds, made a solid return to competition after her thumb injury. Voldiya Galmace-Paulin (7/10), Coralie Langel (9/10), Léonie Jeannier (8/10), current overall leader, Maëla Correia (10/10), Canadian Benita Peiffer (8/10) and Namou Candau-Armand (8/10), second U19, follow in the top 10.

Amandine Mengin (6/10) was twelfth, just behind Lou-Anne Dupont Ballet-Baz (8/10). Thirteenth-placed Zélie Roy (10/10) rounded off the Under-19 podium. Last but not least,Eva Laine was fourteenth (7/10), Lola Bugeaud sixteenth (7/10),Alice Dusserre seventeenth (9/10), Célia Henaff eighteenth (6/10) and Coralie Perrin twenty-third (6/10).
