Biathlon: start of the Ruhpolding World Cup this Wednesday with the women’s relay
The fifth leg of the 2025/2026 Biathlon World Cup kicks off this Wednesday in Ruhpolding (Germany) with a women’s relay. The race starts at 2.30pm in the Chiemgau Arena.
With bib number 1, France will be represented by Lou Jeanmonnot, Océane Michelon, Justine Braisaz-Bouchet and Julia Simon for this last relay before the 2026 Olympic Games.

Facing them will be Sweden(Johanna Skottheim, Linn Gestblom, Elvira Oeberg, Hanna Oeberg), Norway(Marthe Kraakstad Johansen, Juni Arnekleiv, Karoline Knotten, Maren Kirkeeide), Germany(Vanessa Voigt, Julia Tannheimer, Janina Hettich-Walz, Franziska Preuss), Finland(Inka Hämäläinen, Sonja Leinamo, Venla Lehtonen, Suvi Minkkinen) and Italy(Hannah Auchentaller, Dorothea Wierer, Michela Carrara, Lisa Vittozzi).
Switzerland,Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and the United States will also be closely watched.
