Biathlon: fourteen Americans in the senior national group this summer
Late on Tuesday, US Biathlon published the composition of its national squads for the 2025/2026 training season. The senior national team has fourteen members.
Behind Campbell Wright, the leading individual world medallist, are Jake Brown, Maxime Germain, Paul Schommer and Deedra Irwin. Lucinda Anderson, Vincent Bonacci, Grace Castonguay, Vaclav Cervenka, Kelsey Dickinson, Sean Doherty, Margie Freed, Chloe Levins and Bjorn Westervelt have also been selected. All will be coached by Armin Auchentaller, Emil Bormetti and Matt Emmons.
The national development group, coached by Mike Gibson, includes Cheresa Bouley, Luke Brown, Wes Campbell, Jackie Garso, Tara Geraghty-Moats, Eli Nielsen and Thor Sheppard.
