Biathlon: Justine Braisaz-Bouchet will not be in Ramsau for Les Bleues’ penultimate preparation camp
This Tuesday, the French women’s biathlon team will begin a new training camp. Held in Ramsau (Austria) and featuring a return to cross-country skiing, it will not include Justine Braisaz-Bouchet, the reigning world sprint champion.
“She chose to stay with her family in October, as was the case in the past for Anaïs [Chevalier-Bouchet],” Cyril Burdet, her fitness coach, told Nordic Magazine. So it’s in Bessans (Savoie) that the Beaufortaine has decided to train, with her husband and daughter Côme.
His participation in the Loop One Festival is not yet definite
There is still some doubt as to whether he will be at the Loop One Festival in Munich (Germany). Not least because of the long journey to the German city, a decision will be taken in the next few days.
If she doesn’t make the trip to Bavaria, Justine Braisaz-Bouchet will probably take part in the Summer Tour at La Féclaz (Savoie) on 18 and 19 October instead.
Last but not least, the biathlete from Les Saisies (Savoie) can look forward to an end to her preparations in Bessan , where the French women’s team will meet on snow from 7 to 18 November for the final autumn get-together.
