Biathlon: Emilien Jacquelin and Justine Braisaz-Bouchet team up again at Skidskyttekampen
On Monday 3 March, after the World Championships and just a few days before the return of the World Cup, the second Skidskyttekampen will be held at the Olympic Stadium in Stockholm (Sweden).
We had already known for a few weeks that Justine Braisaz-Bouchet would be taking part again in this Swedish biathlon show. However, we didn’t know the identity of her team-mate in this event organised in the single mixed relay format. On Saturday, the Skidskyttekampen organisers announced that Emilien Jacquelin would accompany her, as he did last year when they came third.
The other important announcement is that France will be signing another duo – whose names have not yet been revealed – in the Swedish capital in less than two months’ time.
As well as two Swedish teams, there will be two Norwegian doubles, including title holders Vetle Sjaastad Christiansen and Juni Arnekleiv, one Finnish, one Austrian and one Swedish.
