Biathlon: continuation and conclusion of the Slovenian summer championships this Saturday in Pokljuka
A little over a month after the first part of the Slovenian Summer Biathlon Championships, held in Pokljuka (Slovenia) and featuring a sprint and a mass-start, the second part took place this Saturday at the same venue, with an individual event.
In the men’s race, it was Matic Bradesko (14/20) who took victory, ahead of Ruj Groselj-Simic (13/20) by 1 min 43 sec 7 and Mark Vozelj (15/20) by 2 min 53 sec 3. Jakov Fak, Lovro Planko, Anton Vidmar and Miha Dovzan were absent.

The women’s race was dominated by Lena Repinc with an 18/20 score. Ziva Klemencic, with the same score, was silver at 1 min 16 sec 0 while Ela Sever (14/20) was bronze at 2 min 58 sec 1. Polona Klemencic and Anamarija Lampic, who recently underwent dental surgery, were not at the start.
