Biathlon : Sophie Chauveau, Paula Botet and Camille Bened will not be travelling to the pre-Olympic training camp on the Giens peninsula

13:13. On 26 May, France’s athletes will begin their summer preparations in earnest ahead of the Olympic Games in Milan/Cortina (Italy) next February. The French National Olympic Sports Committee (CNOSF) is organising its traditional pre-Olympic training camp on the Presqu’île de Giens (Var) , bringing together nearly 200 athletes from the various winter disciplines.

The French biathletes are logically invited to take part. However, three members of the women’s team will not be taking part in the Var region. As Nordic Magazine learned from the CNOSF on Tuesday, Sophie Chauveau, Paula Botet and Camille Bened will not be travelling with the French contingent.
