Biathlon: already a training camp for the Czech Republic
The month of April is not even over yet, but the Czech Republic’s national A biathlon team is already off on a training camp. It is on the snow of Meråker (Norway) that the Czechs will meet, just over a month after the close of the 2024/2025 season.
However, this ten-day gathering is taking place without the group’s two leaders, Marketa Davidova and Michal Krcmar, as Cesky Biatlon indicated in a statement on Friday.

“Marketa [Davidova] underwent surgery for a herniated disc some time ago and is now beginning her rehabilitation. Six weeks after the operation, she was able to gradually resume training,” he says. Michal Krcmar, on the other hand, has preferred to start his preparation on an individual basis.
So, to accompany Tereza Vobornikova, Jessica Jislova, Lucie Charvatova, Petr Hak, Vitezslav Hornig, Jonas Marecek, Tomas Mikyska and Adam Vaclavik, two members of Group B were called in: Kristyna Otcovska and Mikulas Karlik.
