Biathlon: the first line-ups of the winter season have been announced
On Friday afternoon, on the eve of the start of the Biathlon World Cup in Kontiolahti (Finland), the French staff unveiled the teams that will line up for the opening mixed races on Saturday.
From 13:15, Julia Simon and Quentin Fillon-Maillet will compete in the mixed singles relay, while Lou Jeanmonnot, Justine Braisaz-Bouchet, Eric Perrot and Emilien Jacquelin will represent Les Bleus in the mixed relay from 15:45. France won the world titles in both specialities last February in Nove Mesto (Czech Republic).
Jeanne Richard, Océane Michelon, Fabien Claude, Sophie Chauveau and Gilonne Guigonnat will be rested for the first day of competition this winter.
