Biathlon: selection for the European junior championships announced
Two days after the end of the selection process for the European Junior Biathlon Championships in Altenberg (Germany), scheduled for 22-26 January, the French Ski Federation (FFS) unveiled the list of athletes selected on Monday morning.
On the women’s side, Anaëlle Bondoux will lead the group. The Dauphinoise will be joined in Germany by Lola Bugeaud, Célia Henaff, Eva Laine, Pauline Machut, Coralie Perrin, who will be celebrating her first international outing, and Louise Roguet. After taking part in the IBU Cup last week, she’s back down a notch.
The same goes for Axel Garnier. Withdrew from the IBU Cup group to make way for the return ofOscar Lombardot, the Montblanc native has been selected for the European junior championships alongside Martin Botet, Léo Carlier, Antonin Delsol, Camille Grataloup-Manissolle, Guillaume Poirot and Judicaël Perrillat-Bottonet.
