Biathlon: off to the Col de Porte for the French Cup
After a two-week break, the French Biathlon Cup circuit returns to the programme this weekend for the fifth leg of the 2024/2025 season. The competitions will be held at the Col de Porte (Isère), jointly organised by Ski Nordique Chartreuse and GUC Grenoble Ski.
In Chartreuse, for the U17, U19 and U22/Seniors, sprints are scheduled on Saturday and pursuits on Sunday.
This round of the national circuit is also the second, after Contamines-Montjoie (Haute-Savoie), of three stages on the selection circuit for the World Youth and Junior Championships in Östersund (Sweden), which take place in a month’s time.

- 11.00-11.35am: U19/U22/Senior women shooting trials
- 11.45am: U19/U22/Senior women’s 7.5km sprint
- 12:30-13:15: weapons check and removal of U17 men’s and women’s skis
- 1pm: U19/U22/Senior Men prize-giving ceremony
- 13:00-14:05: U17 men’s and women’s shooting trials
- 2.15pm: U17 men’s 7.5km sprint and U17 women’s 6km sprint
- 4.15pm: U17 men’s and women’s prize-giving ceremony
