Biathlon: continuation of the French Cup at Les Saisies… with the U17s making their debut
After a first stage at the very end of November in Bessans (Savoie), the 2025/2026 French Biathlon Cup is back in action this weekend.
This time, the national events will be held at the Les Saisies stadium (Savoie), which hosted the 1992 Albertville Olympic Games. While the U17s will be making their debut this winter, the U21s will have the opportunity to go in search of tickets for the Junior Cup in Martell-Val Martello (Italy).

Two places for men and women are up for grabs to replace the less successful athletes currently competing in Goms (Switzerland). As far as the IBU Cup is concerned, some very good results could allow us to move up to the next stage, scheduled for Lenzerheide (Switzerland) in a week’s time.
The weekend’s programme consists of time trials. On Saturday, the U21/U21/Seniors will compete in a sprint from 10.15am, while the U17s will race a short individual at 1.45pm. On Sunday, it will be the other way round, with U19/U21/Seniors short individual races at 10.15am, followed by U17 sprints at 1.45pm.
