Biathlon: the Summer Tour in Arçon from September
When the IBU officially announced the creation of the Loop One Festival, an urban show organised in Munich (Germany), to launch the 2025/2026 season, one element immediately stood out: its positioning on the traditional dates of the Summer Tour in Arçon (Doubs), on the third weekend in October.
With the sixty best biathletes in the world invited to the IBU’s German show, the French Ski Federation (FFS) has had to revise its autumn competition calendar.

So, as Nordic Magazine has learned, it has been decided to organise the very popular Summer Tour d’Arçon on 20 and 21 September. The national sprint and pursuit titles are due to be awarded there.
The second leg of the French summer biathlon circuit will take place on 18 and 19 October in La Féclaz (Savoie), on the same dates as the Loop One Festival and therefore without the French stars.
