Biathlon: a men’s individual to kick off the Ruhpolding World Cup
This Wednesday, the Biathlon World Cup in Ruhpolding (Germany) kicks off with the individual men’s race. Romanian George Coltea, bib 1, will start at 2.10pm. Felix Leitner, with number 12, and Roman Rees, with number 13, will start at the beginning of the race.
Next up in the blue group are Lukas Hofer (16), Niklas Hartweg (18), Vitalii Mandzyn (20), Thierry Langer (22), Florent Claude (23), Martin Ponsiluoma (26), Johannes Kuehn (28), Justus Strelow (32), Danilo Riethmueller (36), Simon Eder (37), Antonin Guigonnat (38), Emilien Claude (39) and Tommaso Giacomel (40).

The red group of favourites will be opened by Fabien Claude (42), followed by Tero Seppälä (43), Jakov Fak (44), Campbell Wright (46), Quentin Fillon-Maillet (48), Tarjei Boe (50) and Sebastian Samuelsson (52), Johannes Dale-Skjevdal (53), Dmytro Pidruchnyi (54), Endre Stroemsheim (56), Philipp Nawrath (58), Vebjoern Soerum (60), Sturla Holm Lægreid (62), Johannes Thingnes Boe (64), Emilien Jacquelin (66) and Eric Perrot (68).
At the end of the race, the passes of David Zobel (71), Emil Nykvist (72), Otto Invenius (73), Vladimir Iliev (76), James Pacal (83), Marek Mackels (97), Marcin Zawol (100) and Maksim Fomin (106) will be worth watching.
