Biathlon: the full programme for the 2025 World Biathlon Championships in Lenzerheide
The 2025 Biathlon World Championships in Lenzerheide (Switzerland) are fast approaching. Organised for the first time in Switzerland in their current form – the women’s World Championships were held in Egg am Etzel (Switzerland) in 1985 – they will take place from 12 to 23 February at the Roland Arena.
However, training starts on Sunday 9 February and continues on Monday 10 and Tuesday 11 February. The mixed relay will then open the competition on Wednesday 12 February from 3.05pm. The sprints are scheduled for Friday 14 and Saturday 15, while the pursuits will take place on Sunday 16.

In the second week, the individual world titles will be awarded on Tuesday 18 and Wednesday 19, while the mixed singles relay title will be up for grabs on Thursday 20. After a final day’s break, the relays will be contested on Saturday 22nd and the mass-starts on Sunday 23rd.
