Biathlon: France Télévisions acquires the TV rights to the Loop One Festival
Although La Chaîne L’Equipe has had the rights to broadcast the biathlon World Cup free of charge for many years, it will not be offering its viewers the Loop One Festival in Munich (Germany) on Sunday.
It has to be said that, as Nordic Magazine has learned, it was quite simply France Télévisions that acquired the TV rights to the new event set up by the IBU to open the Olympic season in style. However, the Loop One Festival super sprint finals will not be broadcast on the public service’s linear channels (France 2, France 3, France 4).

You’ll have to visit the France.tv platform to get footage of the event: the footage will be taken at 3.30pm, a few minutes before the start of the men’s race (scheduled for 3.42pm), and returned at 5pm, after the women’s competition (scheduled for 4.23pm).
Alexandre Boyon will be commentating from Paris with Frédéric Jean as consultant. Finally, to watch the qualifiers, the Eurovision Sport platform is the best option.
