Biathlon: Germany announces its squad for Lenzerheide
This Tuesday morning, theGerman Ski Association revealed the list of biathletes selected for the World Championships in Lenzerheide (Switzerland) scheduled from 12 to 23 February. Among the women, the main news is the absence of Vanessa Voigt, who is calling time on her season.
The group will be made up of Selina Grotian, Julia Tannheimer, Franziska Preuss and Sophia Schneider. An additional name will be added to the list following the sprint and pursuit at the European Championships in Martell-Val Martello (Italy) this week.
In the men’s category, the list is already complete with Philipp Horn, Johannes Kuehn, Philipp Nawrath, Danilo Riethmueller and Justus Strelow.
