Biathlon: Endre Stroemsheim back on the international scene
On Monday, theNorwegian Biathlon Association officially announced its squad for the IBU Cup in Brezno-Osrblie (Slovakia). After a difficult start to the winter, Endre Stroemsheim is making his international comeback.
He has been “selected on the basis of his previous results and an overall assessment”, as explained in the federal communication. Back from the World Cup, Martin Nevland and Sverre Dahlen Aspenes will also be taking part, as will Fredrik Vold, Sivert Gerhardsen, Vetle Paulsen and Kasper Kalkenberg – who will only be taking part in Sunday’s mass-start 60.

On the women’s side, Maren Brännare-Gran and Guro Ytterhus have joined the squad from the Norwegian Cup. Frida Dokken, Karoline Erdal, Ragnhild Femsteinevik and Aasne Skrede, who joins from the World Cup, have also been selected.
